Overview
Through my time at Ming Media, I’ve lead a 4-person team through various situations including releases, restructuring, brand collaborations and urgent releases. Reporting to the Operations Manager I’ve shown a clear ability to meet KPI’s and while creating and releasing new content for players.
Some important KPI’s met through my time with the company are:
- An increase of 97% in total daily monetization
- An increase of 250% in CCU’s
- Successfully integrated a 3-month long brand collaboration with “Unicorn Academy”
- Grew the community on both Discord and X by 35%
Responsibilities
Through my time at the company, I’ve had the responsibility of leading the direction of our flagship game “Horse Valley”, making all the decisions from the beginning of an idea through to the balance of it after it has gone through QA. I’ve been the bridge between art, programming and management communicating analytics and important information to the company owner.
I’ve been responsible for a live-service game taking ownership of the product and increasing metrics all around the game. During my time here we’ve been challenged with a few bumps such as harsh competition, bigger studios releasing competitive games in the same genre, company restructuring as well as budget cuts. Even through these challenges I’ve maintained high performing metrics by organizing priorities for the team, maintaining an efficient workflow and keeping morale high.
